Updike Distribution Logistics is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. The role offers straightforward pay, real bonuses, and a carrier that respects your time on the road.

Starting pay is 55 CPM with up to 5.5¢/mile bonus (60.5 CPM total), plus $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Layover pay, detention pay, and extra stop pay enhance earnings.
