Job summary

4th Day Trucking is hiring for a Western States Dedicated Retail Driver based at the Rialto hub. The role focuses on 3–5 stop store deliveries across 11 Western states with a strong pay package including an $85,000 average annual earnings and bonuses.

Expect a 5-day schedule with two days off, shifts starting around 2:30 PM, and comprehensive benefits after a 30‑day start. Must have CDL-A with recent experience and be comfortable with pallet handling and backing.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required; at least 3 months in past 3 years.
• DOT physical, urine drug screen, hair follicle test compliance.
• Comfort with blind-side backing and chains when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle 3–5 stops per route with backhauls.
• Unload palletized freight using a pallet jack.
• Perform blind-side backing and weather-related duties.
• Wear company uniform and follow safety protocols.
