Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a Regional Driver to operate dry van lanes across the Mountain West and Pacific Northwest. You’ll be back home weekly, with weekly earnings growing through performance and miles driven.

Expect pay starts at $0.55 per mile plus $15 per stop, plus a 3‑month solo dispatch guarantee and ongoing monthly bonuses. Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL and have 6 months OTR (or 12 months in the last 5 years), pass drug screening, and maintain an active Clearinghouse

• OTR experience: 6 months in the last 12 months, or 12 months total in the past 5 years.
• Comfort with urine and hair follicle drug screening.
• Active Clearinghouse profile.

THE PAYCHECK

• Most drivers bring in $1,300 to $1,500 a week, and strong performers hit $1,800 (roughly $67,600 to $78,000 a year at the typical range, my math from the weekly figures)
• Mileage starts at $0.55 per mile
• $15 for every stop
• A 3-month pay guarantee kicks in after your first solo dispatch
• Monthly performance bonuses on top

THE ROAD AHEAD

Regional dry van lanes through Idaho, Utah, Oregon and Washington, mostly on I-5, I-15, I-84 and I-90. Your loads mix drop and hook, live loading and live unloading, so no two days feel identical.

YOUR TIME

Home once a week. Pick from day or night shifts. Weekend work is part of the deal, and now and then you may be asked to run a holiday.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Drivers who already have some miles behind them:

• A valid Class A CDL
• 6 months of OTR driving in the last 12 months, or 12 months total within the past 5 years
• Comfort with urine and hair follicle drug screening
• An active profile in the federal drug and alcohol clearinghouse
