Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Fort Wayne, IN — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about. Earn $2,000 per week on average, with a annual outlook of about $100k–$105k. Retention bonus of $5,000 after the first $2,000 earned in one week, paid training, and a Sunday–Friday schedule.

Dispatch around 7:00–8:00 AM, regional routes. Tractor is 2023/2024 automatics with standard amenities; PTO from day 1, uniforms, 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL with proper endorsements.
• Minimum recent experience in tractor-trailer operation.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs and records for shipments.
• Load/unload freight as required and assist as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and routes as assigned.
