Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Regional Battery Freight Driver for a home-weekly schedule with regional routes. You will haul dedicated battery freight, manage multi-stop loads, and handle driver unloads at each stop using liftgate and pallet jack.

Hazmat endorsement is required and you can obtain it within 60 days of hire. Expect consistent weekly home time, a competitive pay package including $31.50/hour equivalent, and overtime after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Hazmat endorsement is required.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records.

Responsibilities

• Handle dedicated nationwide battery freight.
• Manage multi-stop loads with position as required.
• Perform driver unloads at each stop.
• Operate with liftgate and pallet jack at loading/unloading.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT rules.
