Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school with ARRT and RCIS licensure.
• One year of general radiologic technologist experience.
• Current ARRT (NE) license.
• BLS CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Position patient properly for the procedure.
• Place and monitor EKG electrodes and cardiac monitoring; ensure skin prep and sterile draping.
• Document clinical information in patient records.
• Assist physicians during minimally invasive, image-guided procedures; prepare equipment and maintain a sterile field.
• Assist with placement/deployment of invasive catheters, wires, balloons, stents, and electrophysiology catheters.
