Job summary

Agape In Home Care is seeking a growth-minded leader to build and scale a caregiving operation. You will start by performing caregiving shifts and gradually move into recruitment, marketing, and local leadership responsibilities.

Reporting to the Co-Founders and Operations Manager, you will recruit Care Professionals, establish partnerships with referral sources, and help grow service hours while maintaining high care standards. A driver’s license and reliable car are required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Care Aide or CNA program.
• Five years of professional caregiving experience.
• Driver’s license is required.
• CPR & First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Start with Caregiver duties.
• Assist clients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor.
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.
• Act as a backup Caregiver.
• Move into recruitment duties.
• Identify the best sources for Care Professional recruitment.
• Conduct interviews, and orientations.
• Retain great Care Professionals.
• Finish with marketing / sales duties.
• Attend local networking events.
• Establish yourself as a trusted industry member.
• Attain referrals from area hospitals, clinics and other sources.
• Increase the number of service hours weekly.

Education

Graduated from an accredited Home Care Aide or CNA program
