Job summary

Agape In Home Care in Bellevue, WA is seeking a growth-oriented leader who can start with direct caregiving duties and expand into recruitment, marketing, and operations. You will work with the Co-Founders and Operations Manager, autonomously building a startup-like presence in Chelan with the stability of an established firm.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of caregiving experience, a CNA/Home Care Aide credential, a valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Care Aide or CNA program.
• Five years of professional caregiving experience.
• Driver's license required.
• Adult CPR & First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Start with Caregiver duties and assist clients with daily activities.
• Build relationships with patients and engage them in exercises or activities.
• Move into recruitment duties and identify best sources for recruiting Care Professionals.
• Conduct interviews and orientations, retain great Care Professionals.
• Finish with marketing/sales duties and attend local networking events.
• Establish yourself as a trusted industry member and recruit referrals to grow service hours.
