Job summary

Signature Aviation in Orlando, FL is seeking a Regional Project Manager to plan and oversee capital projects within the Construction & Infrastructure department. You will manage architects and engineers through design, prepare bid documents, and track progress with stakeholders; frequent site visits and risk management are expected.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Construction Management/Engineering, CCM/PE/AIA/LEED AP, and at least five years of experience in project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CCM/PE/AIA/LEED AP preferred.
• Minimum of five years in a similar project management role.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Related technical experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee five phases: initiation, design, bid, construction, closeout.
• Execute estimating, RFPs, bid analysis, and project execution.
• Establish budgets and control costs across projects.
• Manage full project life cycle to meet milestones.
• Analyze RFPs and recommend vendor selections.
• Coordinate program development with architects, consultants and contractors.
• Lead status meetings with stakeholders, virtual and in-person.
• Conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress and risk.
• Prepare monthly capital project performance reports.
• Ensure closeout documents are captured and archived.
