Statewide Windows & Doors is hiring a Homeowner Outreach Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team in Jacksonville. Prior canvassing management experience is required and you will hire, onboard, train, and coach canvassers while setting performance goals and tracking KPIs.

You will manage schedules and territories, oversee field coaching, and drive results with autonomy to run your region like your own business.
