Job summary

BridgeWork Partners is seeking a Campus President for a major Texas community college system with seven campuses in Dallas County. You will lead the voice of the College on campus and in the community, driving sector development, community outreach, and strategic partnerships to advance student success and regional workforce alignment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; doctorate preferred.
• 15+ years of management experience including three years of upper-level executive experience in market development or higher education.
• Subject matter expertise in one of the defined industry sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing a budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead sector development for regional needs and expand education and training programs across defined industry sectors.
• Develop outreach strategies to drive growth and build alliances with community and business leaders.
• Research opportunities for partnerships and bridge students to career opportunities.
• Provide leadership at the campus and align initiatives with the college mission.
• Inspire a values-based campus culture and promote transparency and professionalism.
