The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in SNF billing and long-term care, understanding AZ Medicaid, and the ability to manage multiple sites effectively. Qualifications

Our client is a growing skilled nursing provider that is seeking a proven Regional Business Office Consultant. You'll focus on training and supporting your Business Office Managers throughout Arizona, implement processes and procedures, and improving AR.

Responsibilities
  • Train and support Business Office Managers across multiple SNFs in Arizona.
  • Implement and standardize processes and procedures within the business office function.
  • Improve accounts receivable performance and cash collections.
  • Provide feedback and assist with policies and procedures.
  • Operate with minimal supervision, set own schedule, and act as a self-starter capable of taking charge.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of SNF and long term care billing/business office experience.
  • Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with AZ Medicaid.
  • Multi-site SNF management experience in managing multiple locations.
  • Strong SNF BOM training and supporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and not require micro-management.
  • Excellent communication and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Hands-on management style with a passion to make an impact and grow in the role.
