Regional Business Manager - LSD - Dallas, TX

Join Takeda as a Regional Business Manager - LSD - Dallas, TX.

This role involves leveraging communication, data analysis, and relationship-building skills to support healthcare professionals in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with Lysosomal Storage Disorders. The RBM will educate providers on disease signs, symptoms, and treatment options, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance business outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving sales goals within the assigned territory by executing brand strategies.
  • Focusing on physicians diagnosing Lysosomal Storage Disorders, providing education on early diagnosis and treatment.
  • Developing strategic business plans and engaging with healthcare providers to raise disease awareness.
  • Attending conferences and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maximize impact.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience selling to healthcare professionals in related industries.
  • Experience in complex sales, rare diseases preferred.

Key skills:

  • Experience in regulated marketplaces, excellent communication, and data analysis skills.

Travel: Extensive travel (up to 50%) required; candidate must reside in the territory.

Training: Mandatory product training with assessments; transition from non-exempt to exempt status upon successful training.
