Job summary

Ingenico Group is seeking a Business Information Security Officer (BISO) for the Americas to lead regional cybersecurity risk management, governance, and compliance efforts. You will partner with business units, influence decisions through risk-based guidance, and ensure security is embedded in regional initiatives.

The role requires strong collaboration with global teams, experience in regulated environments, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Experience leading and collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of risk assessments, incident response, and security audits.
Experience in regulated environments (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and/or NIST CSF).
Understanding of IAM, PAM, vulnerability management, and SOC operating models.

Responsibilities

Serve as the cybersecurity SME for regional business stakeholders and translate security guidance into business terms.
Build trusted relationships and align cybersecurity priorities with business objectives.
Promote cybersecurity awareness and foster a security culture with global teams.
Act as the regional liaison between business teams and Security Centers of Excellence.
Ensure security standards and controls are applied consistently across the region.
