Regional Business Directors (RBDs) are key members of the national sales leadership team and report directly to the Head of US Sales. RBDs serve as strategic leaders and collaborate closely with partners across Account Management, CPE, Marketing, Medical, and Patient Support Services to ensure the effective execution of their strategic goals. RBDs are responsible for leading a team of high-performing Therapeutic Specialists focused on driving clinical conviction and advancing early detection education across a diverse mix of healthcare providers. They are accountable for guiding their teams in developing and executing impactful sales strategies tailored to the needs of their regional customer landscape.

The salary range for this position is: $157,500.00 - $262,500.00
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
