BULK REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Essential Functions
  1. Collaborate with business development, marketing, and geographic sales teams to identify prospects for sales of the company’s onsite plant & pipeline offerings.
  2. Qualify prospects based on preliminary assessment of financial viability, technical solutions, competitive landscape, etc.
  3. Develop Capex and Opex budgets in collaboration with internal resources; author technical and commercial proposals that conform with specifications, scope of supply, and project execution requirements provided by the customer.
  4. Achieve sales and gross profit objectives for onsite plant & pipeline supply schemes within the assigned geographic area.
  5. Maintain up-to-date information in the Matheson Sales Model system.
  6. Manage relationships and profitability at existing accounts.
  7. Manage pricing and contract administration.
  8. Lead contract renewal efforts.
  9. Support collection efforts.
  10. Coordinate with external customers and internal teams during installation, modification, service, and removal phases of projects.
  11. Provide expert input to business development and marketing plans.
  12. Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports.
  13. Manage travel expenses effectively and meet training requirements.
  14. Comply with company policies related to safety, quality, and administration.
Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a science discipline; experience in a related technical field may substitute for humanities or liberal arts majors.

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of B2B experience selling technical solutions to industrial clients. Proven success in closing complex sales involving long-term supply agreements.
