Position Details

Type: 1099 Contractor

Location: Remote - Texas. MUST be based and licensed in Texas.

Role: Regional Broker & Growth Manager

We seek a dynamic leader to oversee and grow our team of licensed real estate agents, focusing on recruitment of top producers. This role combines brokerage operations oversight with strategic agent acquisition.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, risk management, and regulations.
