Role Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Senior level Remote Contractor based in New York to manage and support our team of licensed real estate agents. This role involves overseeing compliance, providing training, and collaborating across departments to enhance brokerage operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage licensed sales agents, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and NAR best practices.
2. Develop and update risk management plans and state-specific policies.
3. Support agents with brokerage compliance, licensing, and MLS participation.
4. Train agents on contracts, risk management, and real estate laws.
5. Establish a scalable regional management structure.
6. Collaborate with departments such as brokerage operations, finance, and support teams nationwide.
7. Respond promptly to agents' inquiries and transaction issues.
8. Improve and maintain brokerage operations manuals.
9. Innovate brokerage processes to support growth.
10. Use digital technology to facilitate remote communication and collaboration.
