Position Type: 1099 Contractor
Location: Remote - Maryland. Must be based and licensed in Maryland.

Scope of Work

• Manage a team of licensed sales agents, providing guidance on regulatory compliance and NAR best practices.
• Implement risk management plans and update state-specific policy addendums in collaboration with brokerage operations.
• Provide brokerage support to agents, ensuring compliance with licensing laws, MLS participation, and association membership.
• Train agents on contracts, risk management, licensing, and state real estate laws.
• Establish and maintain a scalable regional management structure.
• Collaborate with department leads across various functions and locations.
• Respond promptly to agent requests and resolve complex transaction issues.
• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of brokerage operations manuals.
• Promote innovation in brokerage operations to support growth.
• Leverage remote digital tools to facilitate communication and collaboration.
