We are seeking a dynamic leader to guide and grow our team of licensed real estate agents while driving recruitment of top producers. This role combines brokerage operations oversight with high-impact agent acquisition.
Scope of Work:
Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, risk management, and state regulations.
Implement and refine policies to ensure best practices and operational efficiency.
