Job summary

Sonepar is seeking a Regional Branch Manager to collaborate with density branch managers across Colorado to drive sales growth, oversee daily operations, inventory control, and profitability with strong P&L responsibility. You will implement company initiatives and ensure exceptional service to customers.

You will lead staffing, training, and performance management, develop sales plans, analyze financial performance, and mentor staff to achieve goals while upholding our core values and customer

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of electrical products and their applications.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports.
  • Experience with Eclipse or similar CRM system.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Branch Managers at density locations across Colorado to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Directs and coordinates promotion of products and services to develop new markets and increase market share.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volumes, prices and discounts.
  • Develops and implements sales plans aligned with corporate goals and budgets.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to improve effectiveness.
  • Prepares sales reports and analyzes profitability and growth opportunities.
  • Implements initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manages inventory levels to optimize stock availability and reduce excess.
  • Oversees daily operations including order processing and staff management.
  • Analyzes financial statements and manages P&L to ensure profitability.
  • Trains and mentors staff to achieve performance objectives.

Job Summary

The Regional Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in collaborating with Density Branch Managers to drive sales growth, implement company initiatives, and ensure efficient inventory management and control. The Regional Branch Manager will oversee daily operations activities and hold P&L responsibility, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with Branch Managers at density locations across Colorado to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Directs and coordinates promotion of products sold or services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in industry.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates.
  • Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, budgets and forecast data to determine branch and department progress toward stated goals and objectives. Develop and implement sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop others to improve personal and organizational effectiveness.
  • Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Implement and monitor company initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess.
  • Oversee daily operations, including order processing, customer service, and staff management.
  • Analyze financial statements and manage P&L to ensure profitability.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum work experience requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical products and their applications.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports
  • Experience with Eclipse or similar CRM system
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership skills including coaching, mentoring and listening
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management and speak effectively before groups of customers, vendors or employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a team player and abide by QED's strong core values and beliefs.
Minimum education requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing a team or branch operation strongly preferred.

Rate of pay: $90,000-$120,000 per year
