Job summary

Wilkerson Crane Rental, Inc. seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations and performance across multiple construction sites within the South Central Region.

You will lead field staff, manage budgets and timelines, ensure health and safety compliance, and build strong client relationships to deliver projects on time and within scope. This full-time role reports to the Regional Director of the South Central Region and requires travel, leadership, and a solid background in crane rental

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience in Construction and/or Equipment.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, including scheduling, budgeting, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction projects within the assigned area.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual obligations.
• Oversee resource allocation and adjust as needed to meet project demands.
• Lead and mentor field operators/personnel.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage employees in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and ensure financial targets are met.
