Qualifications

7+ years of branch experience in leadership/management roles.
Bachelor's degree required.
Licensed with Series 7, 66, 9 and 10.
10+ years in financial services.
Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed.

Responsibilities

Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth.
Maintain high advisor retention and satisfaction.
Support recruitment of advisors by presenting the mission of the Employee Channel and transitioning new teams to LPL.
Balance advisor relationships with profitability of the model.
