Job summary

Sunward is seeking a Regional Director of Branching to oversee up to 20 branch locations and lead a team of branch managers. The role focuses on delivering outstanding member experience, achieving growth goals, and fostering high employee engagement across the network.

You will work with HR and OD to recruit, coach, and retain top talent, while partnering with other Sunward lines of business to deepen member relationships and execute strategic programs across the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and performance of up to 20 locations.
• Liaise with HR and OD to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.
• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and manage staff to ensure timely and accurate communications.
• Maintain a cohesive, highly trained, and motivated staff to provide world class service.
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment aligned with goals and values.
• Observe branches to coach service and consultative processes.
• Ensure proper staffing coverage during branch visits.
• Offer development opportunities on projects for employee growth.
• Address complex HR issues with managers to determine next steps.
• Teach managers to develop innovative, recognition, and team-building strategies.
• Collaborate with Sunward lines of business to deepen member relationships.
• Partner with VP of Retail Branching for regional performance and budgeting.
