World Finance is seeking an Overstaff Branch Manager to provide onsite leadership across multiple branches. You will mentor teams, drive service excellence, ensure compliance, and promote products that support customers’ financial goals.

You’ll travel between branches, supervise daily operations, and build community relationships while achieving performance targets and maintaining high service standards.

• Address customer needs holistically—from pairing them with the right loan products to assisting with tax services.
• Drive branch growth by promoting World Finance products and services that support customers’ financial success.
• Support, collaborate with, and leverage the strengths of team members in each branch you oversee.
