As a full-time Branch Sales and Service Regional Resource team (RRT) member within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA Lawrenceville Branch.

Job Description

1. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities, and identify referral opportunities from various customer interactions. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
2. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions using a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
3. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products that meet their needs. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and resolve customer problems effectively, enhancing customer loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Maintain heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
