The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Regional Behavioral Health Respite Supervisor to oversee the Family Interaction Specialist teams in the Greater Dayton and Cincinnati regions. The role provides supervision and consultation to staff delivering therapeutic respite services to children and collaborates with the Clinical Regional BH Respite Supervisor on referrals and discharge planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or master's degree.

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Regional Behavioral Health Respite Supervisor. The Regional Behavioral Health (BH) Respite Supervisor provides oversight to the Family Interaction Specialist (FIS) Greater Dayton and Cincinnati regions. This position provides supervision and consultation to those working directly with children receiving therapeutic services through the BH respite program. The Clinical Regional BH Respite Supervisor works closely with the Clinical Supervisor to process referrals, coordinate services, and discharge planning. This position will work closely with community partners needing respite, Family Children's First Council and Care Management Entities to determine and meet the needs of the communities.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or master's degree
• You have at least 4 years of related experience with a bachelors; 2 years of related experience with a masters, QMHS preferred.
• You are proficient with computer programs necessary to complete the above tasks including Electronic Health Record, Relias, and Outlook.
• You have an active driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
