Position Overview

As a full-time Branch Sales and Service Regional Resource team (RRT) member, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities including teller transactions, selling bank products, and developing referral opportunities. You will be part of the Regional Resource Team, based in Homewood, to support multiple branches in PNC's Birmingham South Retail Market.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities and identify referral opportunities. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions and leverage partnerships to expand relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving loyalty.
  • Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and ensuring efficient and accurate branch operations.
Qualifications & Skills

Successful candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Preferred skills include accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, proactive sales, and leveraging technology. Competencies include banking products, digital awareness, effective communication, managing priorities, problem-solving, prospecting, and understanding customer needs. Typically, 1+ years of related experience is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient, with no specific certifications needed.
