Position Overview

As a full-time Branch Sales and Service Regional Resource team (RRT) member, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities including teller transactions, selling bank products and developing referral opportunities. You will be part of the Regional Resource Team, based in North Huntingdon, PA, to support multiple branches in PNC's Westmoreland Retail Market.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities, and identify referral opportunities. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  2. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships for relationship growth.
  3. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Conduct lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and introduce PNC products that meet their needs. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, enhancing loyalty.
  5. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and avoiding loss. Ensure teller and branch operations, including maintenance transactions, are completed efficiently and accurately.
