The Parts Authority is seeking a high‑caliber Commercial Sales Leader in the United States. You will drive revenue development, manage strategic accounts, and lead Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales Representatives across assignments with substantial travel (typically 50% or more).

You will design market development strategies, onboard new commercial customers, and collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service standards.

Formación

• Demonstrated success in external sales and team leadership roles
• Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics, profit and loss statements, and gross margin data

• Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives
• Prospect for and develop new business opportunities
• Design and implement territory‑specific market development strategies
• Acquire and onboard new commercial customer accounts
• Cultivate long‑term customer loyalty and retention
• Monitor and elevate service delivery standards
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with automotive shop proprietors
• Inspire and guide Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales Representatives
• Drive team performance toward established objectives
• Enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness
• Partner closely with Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Ensure alignment from initial sale through final product delivery
• Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis
• Develop and execute targeted business action plans
• Oversee relationships with high‑value strategic accounts
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures
• Support loss prevention initiatives
• Promote and ensure a safe working environment
