Qualifications

• MD/DO/ DPM degree from an accredited program.
• Board certification or eligibility in orthopedic surgery with foot and ankle fellowship or podiatric specialty.
• Active Wisconsin medical license and hospital staff membership where required.
• Demonstrated clinical excellence in foot and ankle or related musculoskeletal care.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional physician leadership for foot and ankle and podiatry within the Musculoskeletal program.
• Set regional priorities with clinical and operational dyads and represent the specialty in quality and access forums.
• Maintain regular regional meetings and ensure clear communication across sites.
• Support standardization of clinical pathways, safety protocols, and perioperative practices.
• Drive workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and provider development.
• Oversee budget discussions, service line growth, and data-driven performance metrics.
