Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leadership/managerial experience in service provider industry.
• Experience managing large onsite portfolio.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to build relationships at all organization levels.
• Data-driven problem solving and presentations.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s practices to drive growth and service quality.
• Ensure each team member understands strategy and is set up for success.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers for sales and service excellence.
• Coach managers on team management and performance; provide ongoing training on policies and methods.
• Establish and maintain client relationships at the C-level; drive account growth and retention.
• Monitor KPI targets, SLA compliance, and profitability; drive process efficiencies.
• Lead financial controls including bill rates, collections, and budget adherence.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
