Job summary

Adecco Group in United States is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography. This role focuses on driving growth, improving service delivery, and building a high-performing team across multiple locations.

You will shape regional strategy, manage KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver superior client and candidate experiences. Travel and senior stakeholder engagement are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in service provider industry preferred.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and leverage relationships at all organizational levels.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Ensure team is trained and set up for success; recruit, develop, and motivate Managers.
• Drive growth by increasing share of wallet, improving efficiencies, and meeting KPIs.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, including senior levels; deliver client-focused solutions.
• Manage monthly performance, KPI analysis, and budget adherence; contribute to P&L.
• Collaborate with Growth Operations, sales, and implementation teams to optimize client experiences.
