Millennium Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Regional Assistant Chief Engineer for North America to partner with the Regional Director of Engineering, oversee technical and operations across multiple hotels, and drive asset management, safety, and sustainability initiatives.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong engineering expertise, and a focus on developing teams, improving reliability, and delivering value for guests and owners.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in hotel engineering and facilities management.
Experience supporting multiple hotels or a regional portfolio preferred.
Familiarity with CMMS/work-order systems and energy-management platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide regional engineering leadership across the North American portfolio.
Serve as technical resource and escalation point for complex issues.
Promote consistency in maintenance, asset management, and standards across hotels.
Lead capital projects oversight and financial planning.
Advise on energy management, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Support safety, compliance, and risk management programs.
Develop and mentor engineering leaders across the region.
Collaborate with General Managers and corporate teams on initiatives.
