Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts seeks a Regional Assistant Chief Engineer – North America to provide technical leadership and oversight for the North American portfolio. You will support hotel Chief Engineers, drive asset management, and lead preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires strong engineering expertise, business acumen, and the ability to travel regionally. You will partner with hotel leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facilities aligned with Millennium standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive progressive experience in hotel engineering, facilities management, or related field.
• Experience supporting multiple hotels, regional portfolio, or corporate engineering function preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional engineering leadership and oversee Chief Engineers across North America.
• Act as technical resource and escalation point for complex engineering and facilities issues.
• Promote consistency in preventive maintenance, asset management, and operational standards across hotels.
