Job summary

Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores is seeking a Regional Asset Protection and Safety Manager to lead the region in shrink reduction and profit maximization, while ensuring a safe place to work and shop.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-unit Retail Asset Protection and Safety, with Wicklander-Zulawski training, and will involve extensive travel to store locations within the region. The position is based out of a field site in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in multi-unit retail asset protection and safety.
• Wicklander-Zulawski training.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, manages and audits all aspects of physical security within assigned region to ensure alarm systems, access control and CCTV standards are operational and in compliance.
• Conducts detailed business audits to identify exposure to margin erosion, policy breakdowns, systemic issues and shrink opportunities.
• Analyzes work environment to control, eliminate and prevent accidents.
• Partners with Region Operations and Store Team Leaders.
• Acts as a subject matter expert, teacher and trainer for Asset Protection and Occupational Safety.
• Conducts financial and operational investigations relating to Safety program compliance, margin erosion, profit loss, and dishonesty.
