Regional Asset Protection Manager - Oklahoma City / Little Rock

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an Asset Protection Manager for the Oklahoma City / Little Rock area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support and train district and store management in asset protection activities, report incidents involving risks, policy violations, or operational concerns, in coordination with Operations VPs and Regional Directors.
  2. Develop and deliver management and Asset Protection awareness seminars, meetings, and training programs.
  3. Assist in establishing and monitoring action plans and controls in critical shrink stores.
  4. Help set and monitor shrink goals for retail locations.
  5. Conduct Asset Protection audits to identify vulnerabilities and policy violations.
  6. Support investigations of dishonesty, fraud, and crimes at store locations.
  7. Investigate large cash losses, robberies, burglaries, etc.
  8. Analyze inventory and cash loss data and follow up accordingly.
  9. Stay informed on Asset Protection trends, laws, and compliance requirements.
  10. Support Risk Management with on-site assistance during violations or unusual incidents.
  11. Coordinate physical security programs, including alarms, CCTV, and safes.
  12. Assist in administering the Corporate Safety Program and ensure governmental compliance.
  13. Maintain accurate reporting of loss incidents to corporate Asset Protection.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of multi-unit retail experience.
  • Wicklander certification.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience training field management in CCTV operations.
  • Strong investigative and interviewing skills.
