Title: Regional Asset Protection Manager - NE Region

Location: Hartford, CT

Travel: 25-50%

Job Type: Full-Time / Exempt

About the Role: We’re looking for a seasoned District Asset Protection Manager to lead safety, security, and loss prevention across 25+ retail dispensary locations. This critical role will manage field security operations, investigations, compliance programs, and vendor partnerships while training teams and driving a culture of safety and accountability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead asset protection strategy and execution across retail sites
  • Investigate theft, fraud, and integrity violations; partner with law enforcement
  • Oversee audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives
  • Manage security systems, vendors, and budgets
  • Deliver training and support incident response

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years in asset protection or security management
  • Strong leadership, investigation, and systems expertise
  • Wicklander-Zulawski certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/military service preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Tableau, etc.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand/walk frequently, and work in confined spaces
  • Exposure to dust, pollen, plant pathogens, loud noise, and PPE-required environments
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing operational conditions
Connecticut Hiring Range $95,000 — $100,000 USD
