Job summary

Stryker is seeking a field-based Clinical Specialist to identify growth opportunities in the PAD and CLTI space, align with physicians and hospital leaders, and drive therapy adoption across the Artix and LimFlow portfolios.

You will deliver high-impact clinical education, collaborate with Sales Leadership, and represent Stryker at conferences while supporting onboarding and ongoing training for regional and national initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years preferred peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience.
• Experience with Stryker or Inari sales/clinical is a plus.
• Experience in the peripheral arterial space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new growth opportunities and uncover unmet clinical needs within PAD and CLTI patient populations.
• Build alignment with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including physician champions and hospital leadership.
• Drive therapy adoption through clinical expertise, education, and program-building initiatives.
• Create demand and expand access to the Artix and LimFlow portfolios to grow long-term franchise value.
• Execute coordinated strategies with VTE Account Managers using shared targets and aligned messaging.
