Job summary

Toll Architecture, a national full-service Toll Brothers company, seeks a Regional Architectural Business Partner (Licensed Architect) for our Orlando, FL team. This role will liaison between Region and Architecture, guiding product development and ensuring alignment with buyer demographics.

The RABP manages architectural partners, balances regional needs with department standards, and leads senior-level meetings to forecast workload and drive results.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Deep knowledge of regional residential market and codes.
• Extensive field experience with local construction methods.
• 10+ years in senior architectural leadership roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Regional and Division leadership on workload and results.
• Collaborate across Architecture stacks to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and audit design libraries for consistency and standards.
• Update regional design guidelines and exhibits for product development.
• Coordinate and audit architects to ensure scope alignment with standards.
• Reallocate resources and set realistic project schedules.
• Communicate Regional updates and escalate issues timely.
• Support Field with policy adherence and regional initiatives.
• Mentor and develop assigned personnel; build cross‑functional rapport.
