Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide high level applications support for overlay measurement systems.
• Lead in-house demos and head-to-head comparisons at customer sites.
• Design experiments to characterize tool performance through alpha/beta/pilot stages.
• Develop recipes to model optical applications and optimize tool performance.
• Escalation support to onsite field service engineers.
• Contribute to product development for next generation overlay products.
• Create test plans, collect data, and publish results with recommendations.
• Create training materials and transfer knowledge to global apps teams.
