Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Characterize new systems and features; design experiments and publish results.
• Support product penetration and process optimization at customer facilities.
• Train customers and other apps engineers; manage escalation and demonstrations.
• Report technology development and new applications to Marketing and support pre/post-sale activities.
