Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is seeking a Regional ADS Manager to oversee Automated Dispensing System (ADS/CUBEX) operations across the Midwest region. You will lead field technicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and standardize ADS workflows across multiple states and facilities.

The role requires travel of roughly 50–75% and close collaboration with pharmacy leadership, facility staff, and purchasing teams. A LTC pharmacy background with leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Long‑Term Care pharmacy experience.
• Experience with automated dispensing systems (CUBEX/Omnicell/Pyxis or similar).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ADS/CUBEX operations across facilities and states.
• Ensure operational consistency, inventory accountability, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor replenishment workflows, inventory levels, and medication management processes.
• Support ADS implementations, expansions, and operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain standardized ADS procedures and workflows.
• Manage and support field technicians and ADS support personnel.
• Coordinate technician schedules, coverage, and route planning.
• Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain relationships with facility leadership and nursing staff.
• Respond to operational concerns and service‑related issues.
