The advisor leverages institutional technology platforms to manage student records, track applicant progress, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. Working collaboratively with the broader admissions team, they help develop and execute recruitment strategies, deliver engaging information sessions, and maintain exceptional customer service to ensure positive experiences for prospective students. Additionally, they stay current on higher education trends, engage in ongoing professional development, and partner with campus stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for all admitted students while upholding Baker College's values with professionalism and integrity.

Candidates for the Regional Admissions Advisor position at Baker College should hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
