Job summary

The Budd Group in Columbia, SC is seeking a Regional Accountant to anchor our financial operations in the Columbia region. This role goes beyond data entry to serve as a trusted financial partner to our field branch and operations managers.

Pay range is $70,000–$80,000 with comprehensive benefits. The position is in-person, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM at 1501 Main Street, Columbia, SC. You’ll grow into leadership within the first year, overseeing forecasting and multi-system analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in corporate accounting or financial analysis preferred.
• Strong understanding of accruals, general ledger, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full month-end close process with precision.
• Manage the regional financial portfolio and track progress against deadlines.
• Prepare and deliver weekly financial forecasting reports.
