Exciting opportunity to help lead the future of Home Protection at Assurant!
Achieves Home Warranty program sales objectives and ensures program compliance by executing a strategic marketing plan within the assigned territory. This includes on-site face-to-face engagement with clients, gathering frontline insights, and providing feedback to both clients and Assurant leadership to maintain a competitive edge in the Home Warranty market.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of Home Warranty products and services
- Influence and hold client relationships including, but not limited to client Branch Managers and agents to promote Performance Optimization
- Distribute and monitor program collateral for associates and consumers
- Conduct Home Warranty program training in assigned territory at regional or branch level, including train-the-trainer sessions
- Distribute performance and compliance reports to ensure program goals are met
- Communicate program results and marketing plans to clients and Assurant leadership
- Track and summarize activities for ROI analysis and performance measurement
- Support execution of promotions and contests related to Home Warranty offerings
- Manage travel budget and control related expenses
- Conduct competitive analysis and prepare reports on the Home Warranty landscape
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to resolve service quality issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by manager
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Home Warranty or Real Estate industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively under pressure
- Must be receptive to feedback and direction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of sales and training techniques
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Able to travel up to 75%
Helpful to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Client experience and relationships in Home Warranty or Real Estate industry
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders with tailored value propositions
