Overview

Regional Account Manager - Northern California at Soligent. Soligent is the largest pure play solar distributor in the Americas. Our mission is to empower homeowners and installers with tools that transform how energy is produced, and we operate with a mission-driven, entrepreneurial culture. The RAM will be on the frontlines of growth, serving as the face of Soligent to customers and responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and develop new business to meet specified sales goals.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Function as liaison between customers and operations staff.
  • Understand and communicate information about company products, services, and policies to new and existing clients.
  • Possess and maintain thorough knowledge of solar industry product information.
  • Gather information on local competition and industry trends; communicate findings to management as needed.
  • Ensure client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports as required.
  • Attend and participate in business/trade events and team strategic sales meetings.

Compensation and Benefits

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, HSA, FSA, Flexible PTO, Birth Leave, Bonding Leave. Total expected target compensation for this position is $175,000 annually, including base salary plus target bonus.
