Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Program Manager to manage a portfolio of mid-market Ambius accounts, acting as the primary client advocate and leading service delivery to meet SLAs. You will drive value through regular business reviews and strategic expansions.

The role requires 3–5 years in account/project/operations, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 50% with a background in business or management."

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead relationship contact for a portfolio of assigned accounts, acting as the face of the brand and the client’s internal advocate.
  • Drive service delivery excellence by overseeing the implementation of field services, ensuring SLAs and internal quality standards.
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of client consultations and formal business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with evolving needs.
  • Direct ongoing business reviews and audits to assess, clarify, and validate customer needs and add value to programs.
  • Analyze and synthesize account data to provide actionable insights for weekly, monthly, and annual reviews to identify opportunities to add value.
  • Optimize portfolio financial wealth focusing on the overall fiscal well-being of the assigned accounts, including resolving billing disputes.
  • Draft and finalize comprehensive proposals for portfolio expansions; identify 'white space' opportunities and translate into business cases.
  • Connect key client stakeholders to internal Ambius teams to resolve issues and add value to customer programs.
  • Serve as the primary lead relationship-management duties for a select group of mid-tier national accounts.
  • Develop expertise in biophilic design, interior landscaping, and scenting technology for consultative recommendations.
  • Frequent travel up to 50%.
