A leading natural foods broker is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive new business and manage existing accounts. The role involves working closely with distributors and operators in the food service sector and requires strong communication skills and food service experience. The position offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and a work-from-home option.

This role is 50% hunter and 50% farmer.
Your job responsibilities will encompass all activity related to opening new business and the management and growth of existing business in the Intermountain territory. As a Regional Account Manager, you are expected to obtain, maintain and grow relationships with operators and distributors through all Food Service channels in your assigned territory. You are expected to participate in meetings and/or cuttings with operators and/or distributors as well as in tradeshows and events. This role requires the candidate to be excellent with account management, and business development via telephone, video conference calls, online and in-person. You will also engage with distributor sales teams, coordinate samples, brand presentations reviewing features and benefits of products, and utilizing consultative selling to incorporate our brands into prospective and existing customer offerings. You will be responsible for the management and reporting (via use of our CRM tool) for all assigned accounts (operator and distributor) to ensure measurable growth month over month.
