Responsibilities
  • Implement strategies to maintain and develop account relationships within the assigned territory of California and Hawaii
  • Develop, communicate, and execute sales plans and forecasts internally and externally
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support a best-in-class business
  • Gather marketplace intelligence and consumer insights to execute brand strategy
  • Deliver compelling seasonal product presentations utilizing persuasive storytelling and directive selling techniques
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales of apparel, footwear, equipment, or equivalent industry merchant experience
  • Proficiency with tools and systems, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, and B2B order entry software
  • Proven success in meeting deadlines and sales/revenue goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge of retail analytics and strong time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in building strong interpersonal relationships and effective communication skills
  • Proven negotiation abilities and persuasive speaking skills
  • Familiarity with integrated cross-functional team collaboration
